Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClassroomWars AI (the "Service"), operated by ClassroomWars AI ("ClassroomWars," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use ClassroomWars
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to create an account. ClassroomWars is intended for use by teachers and school staff, not directly by students, and is not directed to children under 13.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
AI-generated content
ClassroomWars uses artificial intelligence to generate text and, for some tools, images, from the information you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. You are responsible for reviewing every result before using it with students or submitting it for any official purpose, and for confirming it aligns with your state's academic standards and your school or district's policies. We provide the Service "as is" and make no warranty as to the correctness or fitness of any output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful;
- Attempt to access another user's account or data, or to circumvent any usage limit, security measure, or the hidden instructions behind a generator;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its output at scale without our written permission;
- Submit student personal information beyond what you are permitted to share under FERPA and applicable school/district policy (see our Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the resources ClassroomWars generates for you, and may use them for your classroom and school purposes. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and (in aggregated or de-identified form) analyze that content to operate and improve the Service. The prompts, generator configurations, and underlying system design are our proprietary intellectual property.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. You can view your plan, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from your Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from Account → Danger zone. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately but does not waive any amount already invoiced.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassroomWars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/jurisdiction — update before relying on this], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
